Shifter magic links are a feature that allows a temporary token based passwordless login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Sharing a Magic Link
Step 1
Navigate to the list of users within the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2
Select from the list of available users. The magic link you select for that user will allow the person you are sharing it with to access the site as that user.
