Upgrade to upper plan

It's the best and the easiest way.
The higher plan has the larger data transfer bandwidth and storage.
Check current bandwidth and storage usage on Shifter Dashboard, then upgrade a plan to resolve it.

If you're already use Tier3, please contact support to work around.

Start WordPress and remove unnecessary files.

We won't limit to start WordPress, so goto WordPress dashboard and clean up media files.

Move media files to Media CDN (Tier 1 or higher)
