Exceeds storage limit

A server throttles the accesses, and customers will get "509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" error like following document.
​"509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" error occurred; what should I do?

But you can start WordPress and access to it.

Solutions

Upgrade to upper plan

It's the best and the easiest way.
The higher plan has the larger data transfer bandwidth and storage.
Check current bandwidth and storage usage on Shifter Dashboard, then upgrade a plan to resolve it.
Please check support document: Upgrade your Shifter Plan to upgrade a plan.

If you're already use Tier3, please contact support to work around.

Start WordPress and remove unnecessary files then re-calculate storage usage

We won't limit to start WordPress, so goto WordPress dashboard and clean up media files. Then generate an artifact to make us re-calculate storage usage.

Move media files to Shifter Media CDN (Tier 1 or higher)

Shifter supports WebP media format under Media CDN enabled environment. Just enable Media CDN, Shifter converts media to web format without changing original and it brings fast media loads.
