Reason:
Some plugins (e.g. coming-soon, maintenance-mode or other plugins which redirects index access plugin) modified index file on your site.
Shifter cannot handle these kind of plugin, Shifter fails to generate artifacts.
Solution:
Disable coming-soon plugins, maintenance-mode plugins or other plugins which redirecting access to another index.
